The design belongs to two families, asking for a two separated houses for his own rest time. Because the dimensions of the lot, we suggested to join the two houses, to create a cute and functional villa for both families.
Using a quite country Mexican style we have designed a very characteristic home owing to the local colors and material: pastel colors, wood, coconut palm sheet, etc.
The house has a common area formed of the main entrance, the back patio, with service area and barbecue, the wide garden in the front, the stairs to access to the ocean, the garden in front of the ocean, guarantying anyway the correct privacy to each single house.
Finally we get a small jewelry of peace and casual holiday cordiality with typical Caribbean atmosphere and wonderful ocean view.
